Cobra Trading Adds Commission Mins Across The Board

Cobra Trading, an online stock broker that offers both per share and per trade commissions recently added a $1.00 minimum to all of their per share commission transactions. Although this may seem like a bad thing, every per share broker tracked on Bullishness.com with the exception of Light Speed has a minimum, and they all have higher minimums than Cobra Trading. Keep in mind that Cobra Trading still charges a monthly subscription fee for their per share trading which will offset this difference. As a financial service provider, their bottom line is made up from their fees, and they have to make money somehow.
