Less Ads For A Better User Experience

Today I was Googling around and found a site that was just covered head to toe in ads. I took a screenshot of the page's footer (the content of the site is blurred to protect the site's identity):



The reason why I'm writing this post is to go over my stance towards advertising and the user experience. Bullishness.com is currently 100% ad free and I intend to keep it that way for as long as possible. Because I do all of the work here, it costs very little for me to maintain the site. The only situation that would warrant putting ads on this site is if traffic grew to a point that would require a dedicated server.

I want to keep this site safe and informative for its users while I can't promise a 100% ad free future, I can promise Bullishness.com will never look anything like the site pictured above.
