I have used Scottrade for six years and have had nothing but great service from them. I execute almost all my trades online through ScottradeELITE. Anytime I ever have a question about my account, I simply call the brokerage near me, always speaking to a representative who is very helpful. The one thing I would add is, make sure you add a security question to your account and make sure they always ask you for it. Hope this is helpful.
