by jross258 ( 15 ) on 2010-09-09 13:22:24In my 35 years of being in the business, Lightspeed is by far the worst experience I have ever had. It takes them days and even weeks to do simple tasks that takes other brokerage firms a few hours to accomplish. There futures platform is completely outdated. They have no (MIT) mkt if touched orders, no multiple stop orders and several other modern ways of trading. Their charting is 15 years behind. Customer service is terrible, having people that don't speak english and extremely unqualified to answer any sort of technical question. I would recommend almost any futures house over this one.
